Matt just returned from state wrestling in Boise this weekend, which means that wrestling season is officially over!! I am really excited to have my husband back around and Parker is even more thrilled to have daddy around more to play with. I am sure glad that this baby won't be here for a couple months so we can get things ready for her arrival. I am about to the point where I would like her to be here, but I know she needs a few more weeks. I am hoping to give the house a "spring cleaning" before she gets here. I have sure had a fun time buying and looking at girl stuff. It is so different than shopping for boys things.
We must be a pretty boring family, because I have found it pretty difficult to find things to say in our blog that aren't boring. I hope that once spring arrives we will be out and about more often doing things that are more fun. Parker is really getting to the point where he has had enough of being indoors and wants to play outside. About a week ago it seemed like it was warmer outside than it had been and I asked him if he wanted to go for a walk. I was thinking a walk around the block would be enough to get some of his energy out. Well we ended up walking about 7 or 8 blocks to grandma Y's work. I was cold and tired by the time we got there and so was Parker. Good thing she was about to get off and was able to give us a ride home. I haven't been the role model pregnant woman and haven't been regularly excersising, boy how easliy it is to get out of shape. I am really going to have to kick it into high gear after the baby is born.
