This last weekend I bribed my kids to help me clean the house and told them that we would do something fun when Matt got home from work. So I got my house clean, they surprised my by actually helping out pretty good. And we were able to spend some time together as a family and had a fun evening. We even got some exercise in, which was a good thing. The maze we went to was in the design of a Scout. The Boy Scouts are celebrating 100 years so the maze was cut out in honor of that. It was HUGE!! There were over 9 miles of paths inside the maze and 4 mazes inside of the one. We decided to go on the Blue maze which was just over 2 miles. We managed to find all the checkpoints that were in that maze. It took us a while to figure out where we were and where we needed to go, but once we did, following the map was easy. The kids had a fun time running around and hiding from us in the corn. They were both exhausted by the time we finished and Paige wanted to go home. We were hoping to go through another maze, but she changed out mind for us. We may consider going again because it runs through the first part of November. Matt and I even talked about going with some friends without the kids, or even a date!! (that never happens) so if any one is interested in going with us, let us know!!

I am envious of all of your canning! It looks delicious. We were so sad we didn't get to go to the fair this year, I think Clint is having withdrawals. Ha ha! It looks like you guys are keeping busy, hope you are doing good.
I would love to go on a double date with you, that would be so much fun!! - too bad for the distance that separates us. Looks like you had fun, both their and at the fair..Good times!!
